You should do it for yourself but let me give you a little food for thought....If your wife is pleased by your muscles I guarantee you will be getting "pleased" more often!....So it's a win-win situation for you! ;-)

Only gain muscles if you want to and do it for you. If it will make you feel better to do this for you and for your wife then go for it. My husband would try to do this for me if i wanted him to lol BUT i love him for him with or without big muscles.

Today there was this guy walking at the mall that had to weigh at least 300 lbs and big belly gut.
He was holding hands with this beautiful lady that appeared to be his wife.
In this world if you can't find a person to love you for who you are then you don't need them.

Nope, If you think you need muscle great. If you have let yourself go..... might want to think about it. But only you will make it happen so know you want to, if not you will only resent her.
