I put designs on my tees about 2 years ago, and it's still there.
I used Avery brand bought from WalMart, #3271 on the top of the package. I'm very happy with the product.

Yes if you take proper care of them. Wash inside out on the gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Never iron over the front of the transfer. I iron the back of the shirt, which removes wrinkles from the front of the shirt at the same time. Use a pressing cloth, if you are at all nervous.

They last longer if you turn the garment inside out for washing. But I can't help with a brand name.

Yes, but wash them inside out to minimize scuffing, and don't dry them. the heat from the dryer shortens their life a lot. It seems like they all work the same.

yes they do just make sure that they are on there good and it should stay on there mine did!
