You shold do what makes you you. You are not your sister.It is your choice on what to do. Do you think you should have sex. Why don't you ask a friend . Is your sister ready to take care of a baby now ? Are you? Can you afford the health risks of smoking , the price of cigs.,do you know how many smokers wish they never started? If it was up to me I would tell you NO be smarter then her.

There isn't anything you can do except tell your parents.
How do you know she had sex at age 12? Were you there? I am always suspicious of hearsay...gossip...bragging... Make sure of your facts before you make your sister look bad in your parents eyes.

I think she might want attention. I think you should tell your parents. You need to do something about it before she drops out of high school, drugs, std... something! Telling is the best thing you can do.
