Hello,

I was wondering will a airbag system affect the truck on doing burn outs and racing on the dragstrip?

By airbags I mean the ones for show you can lower the truck up and down

Yes Airbags will improve handling and allow you to custom tune the suspension to the track. If you can afford it, run compressed Nitrogen instead of compressed air. Its more stable and won't condense water in your lines, bags and vavles.
