They are strangers who have no idea who we are and people get upset at the unpleasant answers.

This is a great question. I ask myself that alot. I wonder why people get so upset and even turn in people for violations. The truth is we all have a weakness that will affect us no matter what form it is in. Mine are dead beat dads! I go nuts about it I cant help it. I always take it personally. Just life as humans I guess!

It's human nature to become upset at unpleasant answers. A lot of us (maybe most of us) do take things personally. We just have to realize that most unpleasant answers are not meant as a personal insult.
