What kind of software should i use ?..i 've tried using Flash 8 but when i promote it to .gif, it doesn't have any movement ?... any suggestion or advice ?

use mspaint and save the image as .gif

I know this secret. You can copy and paste any picture format you want into "paint" and then click "save as" to save it in another format. Does that help?
