I'm a 5'5" adult male, age 25. I want to be taller, but not sure if its possible! a few websites have miracle growth remedies, are they all scams?
Im guessing if it is possible, it relies on the right diet and exercise - any pointers?
thanks!

I'm only concerned because i'm joining the police and i'll probably be the shortest recruit in the force.
I heard you can gain about an inch or two from stretching? I do a lot of yoga and pilates so was hoping there's a related exercise that can help me with a little growth spurt!

It's possible but extremely improbable.

At the age of (or around) 18, the bones fuse and thus cease growth.

Taking "Miracle Growth" remedies (probably hgh -human growth hormone) will cause ears, feet, hands, nose, and maybe jaw to grow resulting in Acromegaly.

Yes, they're scams and not proven safe.

5'5'' is fine, just be proportional to your weight and exercise

I'm sorry to tell ya, but if your 25 your not going to grow any further. The miracle growth herbs or what have you are indeed scams. You could try yoga but I doubt you'd gain more than an inch. Try to be confident with who you are, I've seen plenty of cop's I'm taller than and I'm female.

primary peak is approximately 5'10". maximum adult males do no longer supply up becoming till around age 21. i replace into very resembling you. as quickly as I hit 5'10 i ended becoming in peak. besides the fact that if, I even have acquaintances who've hit boost spurts of their early 20's who went from 5'10" to six' tall. there is not any thank you to tell while or in case you will proceed to boost. the forged information is which you're at an primary peak and you will no longer shrink.

****Dr. Robert Rice is a CHIROPRACTER.....that's not even a medical doctor.

It is absolutely impossible. You were done growing about 4 years ago. No supplements, vitamins, herbs, minerals, exercises, stretches, sports, foods......nothing is going to make you grow ANY taller.

It's probably not possible. I think men stop growing when they're around 20 years old.

Just be satisfied that you're healthy all around. Sorry man...
