I'm not sure what you're asking, but you shouldn't have sex with him. You're too young. Many people who have sex young (and I mean 15/16 not 12) regret it later. Also, you should dump him. If he's cheating on you and wants you to have sex with him so young he's not interested in you, he's interested in having sex.

I hope you had the confinence to say no. 12 is way too young and 14 is not a great age to start sexual involvements
either. I know it may work in different socities, but the people
have well ingrained (things that have worked) family backup
and well thought out ways for the couples that marry in those
socities. We do not, and the usual results are shattered dreams, unwanted pregnancies,school dropouts and many sad regrets.
I know you feel you are "in love" or maybe you don't and are just going along to keep your boyfriend and make him happy,

I think that you already know the answer to your own question. However, here's my two cents. A boy has asked you to be intimate with him and yet he's cheating on you. Basic rule here: If the boy doesn't treat you well, or respect you enough to be loyal, he's not worth having around.
In other words, don't have sex with him, dump him and find somebody who'll treat you well. Besides 12 years old is a bit young to have sex, and worry about all the complications that come with that.

Im 25 I regreted every time i did something with a boy. I really wish I wouldve waited for my husband. Things seemed fun at the time but if i could i would pay any price to take it all back!!! hun, you're 12. i lost my virginity at 15, and i regret it now. (well... i got raped the first time anyways.. but i became sexually active afterwards...) i'm almost 21, and i was married nine months ago.. i wish i would've waited for my husband.. or at least until i was older.... i know you might feel mature enough, and people told me the same thing i'm telling you, but i wouldn't listen, but you aren't mature enough for sex yet.. no matter what you've been through. trust me. sex adds alot of complicated aspects to a relationship.... i know a girl... first time.. used a condom.. still got HPV. i got pregnant and had a miscarriage at 16.. it was devastating. thats hard for an adult, let alone a child. and yes, you are a child. i have a sister 1 yr younger than you, and one 2 years older... and i KNOW they are both still children.. and they've been through ALOT... they've been through foster homes, they've been through the 6 year illness and death of my mother, the separation of my family due to abuse by my father and my drug use as a young teen, my father's divorce with his second wife..and a lot of other stuff.. and they STILL aren't mature enough to make those decisions.. so just slow it down. if he can't respect you enough to not cheat,or to wait for you to be ready, then he doesn't care about you. he cares about getting someone to have sex with him.. and he isn't worth your time. you want a guy who cares about you, not about sticking his thing in your thing! k?
