question about conception?

ok here goes! Please answer this only if you are really sure. Ok my daughter was born on august 26 2006. Me and my husband tried to conceive on november 11 2005 and nov 21 2005. The first day of my last period was nov 4th 2005. Mine usually last for about 6-7 days. Which date is more probable that we conceived on ? the 11th or 21st?

The 21st is the most probable as if you had a normal period on the 4th your period wouldn't have ended until the 10th or 11th and most women ovulate several weeks after the first day of their period

It should be Nov. 18th that the conception happened. Even if you had sex on the 11th. That is because you ovulate 14 days after the first day of your missed period. Remember you can have sex and the sperm will not get to the egg for 5 days. I just went through 10+ grand in fertility treatment. You learn all of this from the doctors.

ovulation happens on or about 14 days after your last period (starting from the first day or your period) if it was the 4th then 14 days would be 18th you your egg lives up to 72 hrs so the 21st would be the most likely. This i know from many years of tring to concive and counting my cycle with a OBGYN hope this helps. If you are tring to concive again just count 14 days from the first day of your period and have intercorse 2 days before and up to three days after the 14th day. If you are tring to prove something eles, you should get a dna test and not try to guess.

Remember sperm can live inside of you up to 7 days so even though you had sex on one day you might have not gotten pregnant until 2 days later. Hope this help!
