Australia! 3 times.
First in 1987 - we beat the UK by 7 runs.
AU 253 for 1
England 246 for 8
Then 1999 - we beat Pakistan by 8 wickets
AU 133 for 2
Pakistan 132 all out
And 2003 - we beat India by 125 runs
AU 359 for 2
India 234 all out.
The West Indies in next - they have won twice - over Australia and the UK

Australia of course!!! And we can do it again in 2007!
Interesting - we have lost twice in the final, once to the West Indies and once to Sri Lanka.
But England is the biggest loser - they have lost three times at the cruciual moment
