I can find no listing for a series 1922 $1 bill. There is a 1923 U.S. note, as well as a 1923 $1 silver certificate. That is the best I can do, without seeing it. I know the Germans counterfeited money from other countries during WW II, but to pick a large size bill to do it, doesn't make sense. If it is a 1923 silver certificate, then I have to know who signed it, to find a value. Sorry that I can't be more helpful.
