how long is too long on this site,help,i think i'm addicted,is there a helpline or something,aarrggh i'm suffering with sleep deprivation,i'm tired,please people stop askin questions,then i'll have nothing to answer and have no choice but go to bed,its 1:33am i've got to be up at 7:30am. goodnight zzzzzzzzzzzzz
