Both were stubborn and independent once they set their minds to something. Both were incredibly sexy. Did Prue's death improve the show or not?

I like Shannon better then Rose... Prue was interesting and feisty, I really liked Prue, she had a lot of depth... she was my favorite before Piper...
I heard it was because of Alyssa, Shannon was killed off...
I would have preferred Phoebe being killed off and Paige taking her place...
Piper has always been a cool witch.

Prue had the most experience but Paige was both a witch and a white lighter so all in all Paige was better for the power of 3 .

Both were actually unique in their characters.
Prue (Shannon Dorhety) "ushered" in the era of the witch and got the ball rolling for the "Charmed" series.
Paige (Rose McGowan) re-created a new spin on the idea of "the power of three". Basically her character "re-wrote" the series, taking it in a new direction which also gave Piper & Phoebe (Holly Marie Combs & Alyssa Milano) more opportunity to shine now as the older and middle sister, versus being the middle and youngest sister.

when paige took over prue as the third part of the power of three, it really didn't matter that prue was gone already. this is true until the end of the series.

Paige hands down just because she's the younger sister and the last one to get her powers. but she did help bring back the power of three after prues death. plus Paige is half white lighter and that was a big boost to her

well i only really watched with paige...but i thought pru was ok in some episodes. paiges chacter didnt really go anywhere
