yes. Miss Betty Boop did ride a motorcycle. An Indian Panhead soft-tail. That's the bike your friend has her on. Miss Boop had the bike for several years, but only rode it in her films on two ocassions. The now famous, Two roads for Betty episode and the very rare, Biker Betty, soft porn film, released quite a few years after she had past her prime, and had hit the financial bottom. Before her death, Betty asked that her bike be shown to the public in the Smithsonian in Washington DC, beside other memorabilia celebrating her life and film career. Sadly, the bike now sits in a warehouse in Wilmington, North Carolina. Talk show host and automobile/motorcycle collector Jay Leno, recently made a bid for the bike, with the promise to restore it to it's former glory, but has been unsuccessful so far, in negotiating a suitable price with the institute. I have seen shirts with her on a motorbike but i never saw her on the show with a motorbike
