muscle is made from protein, so make sure you get plenty of protein in your diet or you will not gain muscle. you should aim to take 1g of protein/day for every kg of your weight (ie if you way 75kg eat 75g of protein a day). milk is a very good source of protein.
it may be hard to motivate yourself at the gym, and its also hard to do things right. if you exercise the wrong way, you are not getting maximum benefit, and you may be causing damage.
I have started going to a class at my gym called Body Pump. It works on all major muscles (back, thighs, legs, triceps, biceps, chest etc) and really pushes you to your limit. You follow an instructor and do barbell exercises to music. As you get stronger, just increase the weights you work with. You also learn all the right stretches to do and is one of the quickest ways to bulk up and is considerably cheaper than a personal trainer!

the fastest way to gain muscle is by working out.....weights particularly....and of course there are lots of old fashioned exercises that work really well too

workout 3 times a week Mondays Wednesday Tuesday that is the best way one week work on upper body then the next week lower body
the make sure u run a Lil because it will built up Ur lungs so u will able to lift for a long time

ROIDS, or if you wanna go the old fashion way, i go to the gym 5 days a week and workout for an hour

you shouldnt take steroids its not good for you. you should just exercise at the gym and work the weight bench. and run run run so ya
