Generally the band would break up duties and put things to a pay scale. The more duties a band member puts into it, the more they get paid.
Phil Collins, when he was with Genises , was drumming, singing and writing songs, so he was probably the most paid member of the group.

Well if they make the same amount of money in the band its because Nicole gets money from doing other things by being most popular like doing tv shows, radio, and showing up at clubs

Unless, she owns the whole band, she shouldn't get any more than the others, because where would she be without them.
