Sounds more like you just need more personal time. I very much enjoy people but I also like to have some "alone time". In fact, I NEED it. I would only wonder about it if it were having a negative effect on your life - like if you started avoiding people a lot or stopped wanting to leave home entirely. People need to be alone sometimes.

People have different personalities. Some are introver, others are extrover; some are sociable, others are individualist. It is not a question of what is right and wrong, it is more a question of what you are and what you want to be, and the actions you need to reachh that goal. First, you have to examine yourself, who you are, what kind of personalitiy do you have, in your statement, it seems that you like more to be alone rather than with the company of others. Yes, you know that, what follows then? Do you want to remain that way? or you would like to improve. If you like to remain that way, it is clear that there is nothng to be done. On the otherhand, if you would like to change, you have to decide and to struggle, a struggle that might be more that an average person do. Change can come in different paces. Be patient, if you are doing your part, change will certainly come.

I feel that way. And I've never thought there is anything wrong with me. It's normal for me. I heard my grandmother and my mother both complain about getting "nervous" in crowds. Maybe it's genetic. The most difficult times for me are when people visit for several days. I have to excuse myself and go have my private time. Other people need to be around others 24/7 and are miserable alone. Also, it annoys me when people are insistent that I go and do something that I want to avoid. Many people assume they are the normal ones and we have something wrong with us. Nah. Just celebrate being your own unique self. Uncaged!

you could possibly be inflicted with a condition known as cagemousbeastiola where you have to literally run every few hours or you become hostile to all around you. On the other hand, you should have five fingers. Get new friends.

You may be claustrophobic or have some other phobia that can be helped or maybe you just don't like being around crowds or groups of people for too long. I don't suppose there's anything wrong with that.

You might have anxiety or claustrophobia. Or, you may be simply bored by these people. Only a doctor can tell for sure.
