It's not your choice who she goes out with much as it is not her choice who you go out with....gay, straight or otherwise, right? right...So, it's her choice, and you should be there for her as the friend you say you are no matter what and keep your judgements and opinions on her dating choices to yourself bc the friendship wont be long lasting if you continue.
She evidently has a reason to date him and you should prob be the friend there for her if and when they break up.
Good enough?

If he is gay, that is good information but she has to find out for herself. On the other hand, some gays do choose heterosexuality (good for them!) and it may be that there is real warmth and affection between those two. The best way to break up a couple is to leave them alone and let the relationship fail natually and without a lot of meddling. You will just end up looking like a bad person if you try to break a couple up.

I'm guessing that you like the guy that she's dating? If you tell her he's gay and they break up and then you start going out with him, she would know that you had only said that to break them up and then you would have successfully broken up a perfectly good friendship as well. The only thing you can do is wait it out, but remember...if she breaks up with him, don't break the cardinal rule of friendship and start dating him right after they break up.

Good luck!

You don't he just a guy. Your friendship is more inportin then a guy. Friendship should always come first It doesn't matter how much you like this guy. You have a best friend that is dating him and you should live it alone.

How shallow are you to think you can just break up your best friend and her boyfriend just because you "think" he is gay? If you do succeed you might just lose your best friend too. Dont dabble in issues that dont concern you and that you arent definate about

Find new friends if you don't like what is happening and what someone else does is none of your business
