No Magic Kingdom is a Part of Disney and Universal Studios is different. The monorail does go a pretty go way through the Magic Kingdom(which by the way is soooo much better than Universal Studios).

The quick answer. No, it does not. The longer answer... Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are all different parks run by different companies. They see each other as competition so they do not share transportation between themselves. Both Disney and Universal have their own on-site hotels and those provide some sort of free transportation to and from the parks. The Disney Monorail is one of them. there are three monorail lines. The first is the one that takes you from the Ticket and Transportation Center (the Magic Kingdom parking lot) to the actual Magic Kingdom. The second line takes you from the Magic Kingdom to three on-site hotels (the Contemporary, The Polynesian and the Grand Floridian) and the TTC. the third takes you from TTC to Epcot. Due to cost of construction, there will be no additional monorails built. Its more cost effective to use buses.

No The Disney World Monorail only stays on Disney property and connects three hotels and the Transportation and Ticket Center with the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Center. If you want to get to Universal, you need to travel east on I-4/International Drive about 7 miles.

i wish it did because it would make my family's lives easier when we have our vacation down there but no. it does not run from magic kingdom to universal studios. you can board the monorail after you park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot. you walk up the ramp and hop on. the monorail will take you straight over to magic kingdom. that's where it runs. from the parking lot to right outside the entrance. it's an awesome ride though because you can see most things in Magic Kingdom such as Space Mountain and you can also see the Castle. You go through the hotel and see the inside. it's beautiful.

1. The parks are so far apart from eachother they'd have to build a pretty long track

2. The parks are owned by two different companies so they wouldn't be connected.
