They want to redo the APR from 3.9 to 4.3% after a day I signed the contract. Is this legal? I've heared stories like this before but was'nt really paying attention about it.

read the fine print.. although it does not look legal, if the fine print says so, it is legal. I think its best to consult a lawyer in this case...
