Hang on till your eighteen. It's a win win for all involved.
If nobody cared then don't worry, But on the other hand you will have issues if somebody cares.

Moving out at 17 may open up a whole can of worms for you...did you realize that you have to be a legal adult to enter into a contract...such as a lease, or a service agreement, such as turning on the electric and water?

Unless you have an adult that will sign the papers, you are pretty much limited to waiting it out, or going the homeless route...and it's pretty cold this time of year in Michigan.

And, if you do have an adult that will sign for you, then are you really emancipated? Your best bet may be to tough it out till you hit 18.

Yes, if you either have someone over 18 living with you to sign the lease or you have your parent agree to you moving out and they sign the lease. (The second option is not very likely because it means your parents would be held responsible if you didn't pay rent. I suggest finding a roomate who's over 18.)

Sure, as long you have parental permission (and you're moving to a safe and appropriate environment, of course). If you don’t have parental permission, then you have to wait until you're 18 (the age of majority, when you are no longer subject to parental supervision).

Check with the Michigan courts they'll tell you.

As long as you can take care of yourself, you can leave right now.
