In your question, you misspelled "southern", "doesn't", "academic" and "standards" and ended a sentence with a preposition. And you want to major in education?

im sorry , but california has some hard standards, with that gpa, ur looking at maybe cal state fullerton, which is not a bad choice, but if ur looking for a bigger school, try another state, or go to a junior college around the area, Fullerton Junior College, which is like 5 minutes away if that, and then transfer to another school

Any university in the California State University system will admit you with that GPA and ACT score. Cal State LA has a decent ed program, as does CSU Northridge.

I think you have a pretty good chances at any of the CSU schools, including Long Beach, Fullerton, San Diego, and Pomona, granted that you are a California resident.
