Personally, no. I don't think that she's that good of an actor, and she wears disturbing clothes. And she thinks she's all that. And her younger sister is starting to get into the business. She's too young to act!!

I think Dakota is a good actress but she seems way too old for her 12 years. In reaction to criticism to a scene in her new movie Hounddog in which she is brutally raped, Dakota said, "It's called acting!" and "Deal with it!" In the film she also dances around naked, is in bed when her naked father and kisses a boy so that he exposes himself to her. Talk about missing the point. The problem with these so called child starts is that they have one foot in the classroom and the rest of their body in the adult world. Dakota's parents should be ashamed of letting their young daughter star in such a film and for selling their daughter down the river for a quick buck.

I think she is a very talented young actress. I just hope that her parents keep her away from all the publicity of becoming famous and she stays real and innocent. Unlike many young actors and actresses have done.
I like the movie with her and Sean Penn in "I am Sam".

Overall, I don't like her. But for her age I suppose she is ok, although that girl from Little Miss Sunshine is better, since she got an Oscar nomination and Dakota Fanning hasn't yet.

She is kinda a good actress..she could be the next Drew Barrymore,tough.
I mean, she is in a rape scene, and says her excuse is "I'm almost 13"
