I am looking for a website where I can download a standard rental agreement to print out for renting apartments (thinking about buying a triplex).
If you know where I can get a standard rental agreement (lease) online for free to check out, plz let me know!
Also, I live in Ontario Canada, if it makes a difference!

Since you're considering purchasing, ask a Realtor who can assist you with both putting a price on an Offer to purchase a triplex and a rental agreement.

It isnt online, but go to any office supply store like office depot, office max, etc. they have standard rental agreements.

You need one specific for your state. Go to the Board of Realtors and see if they have a boiler plate version you can use, or sometimes the mom-n-pop stationary stores will carry them.

you're purely legally sure by using the situations WRITTEN in the settlement YOU SIGNED ,take no word of the agent,in the event that they threaten you,tell them to take it to courtroom.even with the undeniable fact that there is often a cancellation clause in any good settlement to guard the two events,i'm enormously suspicious of the agent if that's no longer the case,usually ,in those situations,renters purely disappear with their assets without leaving forwarding addresses or touch info.in case you are trying this ,you will of direction ,forego any deposit refund.
