It is "Blister in the Sun" by the Violent Femmes. The lyrics you're hearing are "I'm high as a kite, I just might stop to check you out. Rumors began that the song was about masturbation, but they are not true although for the life of me I can't remember what they are about.

'Blister in the Sun' by The Violent Femmes is the original. If you're hearing it alot on the radio now it might be a remix. I don't ever listen to the radio.
