If you are in India, Sony SET MAX are the official licenced broadcasters for all world cup matches. Doordarshan will also telecast all matches involving India as well as semi finals and final.
However, if you are in any other country, please check the channel from the followin g link, which lists all the licensed broadcasters for world cup matches in different countries:

I dont know where you are from. But if you are in USA then I know this. You have to get the Package for $180 or something untill the final match. It doesn't come by itself, you have to purchase it.
