You were on the pill for a while and regular, right? It's hard NOT to be regular on the pill.
It may take a little while to become regular off the pill. While for some it's immediate, your body can take up to 6 months to ovulate.
Does that mean you're pregannt? Maybe, maybe not.
Chances are that spotting and cramping is PMS and maybe a sign that your body is trying to get back into the swing of things.
Try getting an ovulation kit from the store to track your ovulation. It's a great way to tell if you're ovulation yet or not.
And to answer your question--I was off the pill for less than a month when I ovulated. My doctor just said I was one of the few who had a system who did that. I concieved two weeks after going off the pill, and now we're due in August!

I was on the patch for a couple of years, and it took us 9 months to get pregnant. In between I went down to 27 days a cycle for a few months and then got up to 32 one time. It didn't stay regular more than 2 or 3 months before I got pregnant, so that made calculating ovulation for one. Coming off of birth control, there's no way to tell if it's pregnancy or coming off the birth control until time for the pregnancy test, as the re-adjustment's messing with your symptoms too.

Well the first time it took about a week, then we miscarried. This time it took about 2 months. It can take 6 months to a year to get pregnant after you have been on BC pills.
Good luck

actual, of direction it particularly is a private determination between the two quite considered one of you, yet pondering you're finding for exterior enter, i might propose waiting a minimum of a few months till finally now attempting. precise right it extremely is why: attempting to get pregnant takes quite of the romance out of intercourse pondering you're making plans for the the perfect option time extremely of being as spontaneous. as directly as you get pregnant, there's a sturdy threat you will no longer experience like having intercourse for the period of the 1st trimester and could be a splash complicated to be around by utilising a mix of exhaustion, moodiness, and nausea. So, in case you have by no skill lived mutually only ahead of now, it particularly is valuable to take some months and only get exhilaration from it before!
