How do I put a human head onto an animal's body, using the computer?

I have a picture of Simon Cowell, and I want to place his head onto a cow or pig, I've heard about people doing things like this, but how? I anyone could reply , that would be great!

just copy and paste the picture of him on paint or photoshop and then cut it out and use the eraser then copy the head and open a new paint and then paste the head onto the body and there vualla ur finished

any image editing program would work fine

you just need practise in the fine art of photomanipulation
