I mean like the administrator account that is created when you first install xp. I'm talking about just any computer administrator account. It lets me log onto it when I boot in safe mode, but how do I get on it otherwise? Thanks.

Maybe I am not understanding your question but iIf you did not set up any other accounts then XP assumes that the primary account holder is the administrator.
In other words if your XP installation does not prompt you for a password on boot then you are acting as administrator.

You can try the generic passwords and may get lucky with those. None of my computers use the generic Admin password. If it's a school or business system, I would doubt they do either.
