Vent aire. They prevent colic and are great on everyday gas too.

People will give you a million different answers to that question. I know that my son perferred the first botle we gave him which was Avent ( which does help alot with gassiness), but my niece (whom I had from the time she was 6 weeks) didn't have any preference to any certain nipple size bottle, or color. The best bet is to pick a bottle that is afordable to you and see how your child repsonds, I think there is no need to buy an overpriced bottle when your child may choose whatever you decide to give hime or her.Avent however is "The only bottle clinically shown to reduce colic
The only anti-colic bottle that is easy to assemble and use
The only reusable bottle that shares the same naturally shaped nipple with a disposable nurser, so you can interchange both systems easily
The only bottle that integrates with an entire feeding system to give you flexible choices from birth and beyond "

It depends on the baby. My son could only use the angled bottles by Munchkin, and my daughter can only use Dr Brown's (which totally didn't work for my son). My best advice is to buy just a 1 or 2 bottles and try them, rather than buying a huge set of them and finding that you've wasted your money. It's like diapers...what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

I used the Playtex vent air bottles for the first few months after I stopped breast feeding...My son is 8 months now and I have him on regular bottles now..(he really don`t care as long as he`s getting his bottle!!) You`ll get all kinds of answers on this and there is no right or wrong one...It`s all up to personal preference..You could try buying two kinds, (one of each ) and see which one you (and your baby) likes best...Good Luck!!

i loved Avent! i nursed both kids, but had to pump etc. because of work. neither kid had trouble going back and forth. i always though the quality was better than alot of other sstuff on the market- the bottles didn't get cloudy, nor did the nipples get gummy and nasty.

ventaire are wonderful they really do help with gas and recently i tried avent, and i love them too. they have a valve built into the nipple so you don't have to worry about washing it separately or loosing it in the dishwasher (which is what has happened with the ventaire) they are both great due to the valve which lets air into the bottle not in your baby's tummy

I use the Avent and like them. I also used the ones by the brand that provides the pacifiers in the hospital, I forget what they're called (Soothies?). I've heard the Dr. Brown are pretty good as well.

Platex nursers are ok if your baby likes that nipple shape.
