Is it possible to have a sucessful relationship when there is a class difference?

Question

If I'm working class and he's upper middle/upper class and at the same university and we're both educated, respectful and can relate to each other is this enough?

Its just that his friends have been making my life hell because they say I'm "common" and "weird" and won't stop trying to turn him against me and things have become unbearable.
Is it realistic to tell them to mind their own business for good or else with no excuses or should I cut my losses and run?

yes it can work.....those friends are just jealous. If this guys likes you and you like him....then both of you have to be mature enough to ignore them......but what your BF needs to do, if he cares for you.....is he needs to be a man.....and tell his friends to lay off....to shut the f - up. It is not up to you. If your BF is not willing to stand up to them.....then you just need to move on.....If a man will not stand up for his woman.....then he is not worth being with.

class has nothing to do with a relationship, its the personality. totally go for it, you wouldn't want to miss a great relationship, perhaps even future husband, because your friends think you guys aren't the same class. if you have a good time with him, then continue, this is life, you only live once, and don't live it with regrets of what could have happened.
its all about personality, compatability, and the feelings you guys have for eachother, throw class, money, and your friend's comments out the window.

hi there what does your boyfriend say about all this is he on your side or theirs if he takes their side and cut him loose but if he takes your side fight like the wolf you are but in prayer leave it all to god. just keep studying make a great women out of your self become someone really good in the job field remember we can be anything we want if we put our minds to work we are the human computer. what is is about you that they say your weird ? try to change the way you dress dress more chic look at the program on TLC WHAT NOT TO WEAR MAKE YOUR HAIR NICER CHANGE YOUR WAY OF SPEAKING ANYTHING IN YOU TRY TO MAKE IT BETTER. but in real life you are whom you are and if Friends do not like that tough on them you do not need them make your own Friends do your own things. be well be safe god bless
