No it does not. Chocolate Hills are like huge ant hills and does not have any trees or vegetation. During the summer season, the grass that covers the hills die, exposing its brownish soil. Hence people associate the brown colored hills to chocolates. However during the rainy season, these grass grows back and turns the hills into lush green. So it is best to go to Bohol Island and see the Chocolate hills during summer season or else you will be disappointed.

the chocolate brown color comes from dead grass during the summer. i think the hills are more beautiful when the hills are green and lush.
