If heaven is not part of the universe, then is it affected by space and time?

Space-If it isn't, that means that everything is in one place and everywhere at the same time.

Time-If it isn't, that means that we are already in heaven and another sense of us is performing acts here on Earth.

From a religious standpoint, heaven exists outside the realm of physical existence. This is how the bible/Koran/Torah can state that you will be there for eternity (or in hell, if applicable). Although statements in these books mention that heaven is "up", it probably means to refer to a place that is not of this world.

Well, there is a scripture that says that a thousand years is as one day to God, and that he also can view a day as a thousand years. (I think the last part is there too)

So, God himself reveals that he feels time. But as your question indicates, there are things we really cannot know unless we are told.

.Heaven i think is a place in another dimension outside of time and space.We could not even imagine such a place hear on earth.because we cannot "see"beyond space and time
