One of the easiest (and funnest) ways to make sure you're accurate with the pearl earrings and necklace (des boucles d'oreille, un collier...but I'm not sure about what prep. I'd use before 'perles') would be to go to a clothing website (la redoute, les Galeries Lafayette, les trois suisses...) and just poke around! That's what I do every year when fashions change and the boring standard words in the textbook just don't describe what real people are wearing.
Enjoy.

un soutien-gorge. Ear rings are bucles des orrielles(Not sure of the spelling...but that's how it's pronnounced.) Un collier for the necklace I think. But I am absolutely sure about the one for the bra. I know there are a couple words for necklace, but it depends on the type of necklace.

Not sure, but did you know that the guy who built the Eiffel Tower made the clasp mechanism for the bra? I learned that in my art class in college, pretty cool huh?
