Not exactly sure what you are talking about. But if you are asking if it is ok to bring back cigarettes, as long as you are bringing a suitcase full of cartons - you should be ok. Usually Duty Free has a limit on how many cartons you can buy. In the USA, you can only buy 2 cartons. If you are talking about a couple of packs of cigarettes - don't worry about it at all.

U shud be able to bring either 1-2cartons out of wer ur from and vice versa.Same thing goes for liquor, there is a limit of how much u can bring to & back.U can refer to an airline or ur travel agent. If not,u shud be bale to get that info from the inflight magazine thats in front of u.Some countries ure allowed to bring in/out 400cigs and 2liters of liqour but some countries are 200cigs & 1 liter of liqour. But for me, i tend to pack a few loose packs of cigs in my check in luggage & buy a carton at the airport ( duty free ) . If u missed the duty free shops,u can always purchase em in ur flight.Cheers!
