Does your department have an award for a woman advancing women's issues or needs?

If not you could start one. My sister just received this award from a university for her role in mentoring 3rd grade girls who are interested in a career in medicine.

As if I didn't have better things to do. What about men's issues and needs to be protected from extreme feminists?
