how would i be able to use 2 DS's to trade pokemon from fire red to sapphire? useing DS? can i only do it with a cable?

You CANNOT trade Pokemon with a ds, At all. Period. The ds doesn't have connectors for the gba cables. Thus, you can't trade gba pokemon to other gba pokemon games. Just wait for Diamond and Pearl to come out. Then you can upload your gba pokemon into your ds d/p game, and trade them wirelessly to another ds, or over wifi with people worldwide. Patience. ;P

yes you can trade pokemon between DS's with a cable. You want the cable with the bigger end as opposed to the small one.

Yes i am assuming it would be same as Gameboy Sps which me and my sister have you get a connecter cable and wa-lah!
