1.25
To convert from percentage to decimal, you just move the decimal point to the left two places. When going from decimal to percentage, do the opposite.

To convert percentage to decimal number, you can always divide the number by 100. Example, 125% = 125/100 = 1.25

As everyone has answered, it's 1.25, but I'll show you the way my dad taught me to do decimals: Any percent you want converted to a decimal, simply move the decimal point over 2 places to the left. ie. 146.78% would then be 1.4678, and 10% would be .10. It has to do with the base ten system, but just know that that's the easiest way to do it.

how you do it is to place a decimal at the beginning of the number like this: 125.% ; then you move the decimal 2 places to the left, and it is in "decimal form" = 1.25

Think of it as money. If you have a dollar you have 1.00 when you have 100 pennies or 100% percent of it. When you have 125% of something and you think money, if you have 125 pennies you have 1.25. Do you understand?

125% = 1.25
To convert percents to decimals, move the decimal place to the left twice.
Ex. 20% = 0.2
97% = 0.97
etc.
It's rather simple to do once you learn how.
