how much does breastfeeding increase a woman's nipple size?

It doesn't.
The areola (dark part around the nipple) becomes darker in pigment.
The breast itself may become larger. (This is usually most significant immediately postpartum when mom goes through engorgement and her body figures out how much milk is needed.)

Are you thinking the actual nipple or the areola (the dark part around the nipple)?
