Yes!!! Laser Skin Resurfacing or Intense Pulsed Light treatments! I think one or both requires anesthesia though! Call a Medical Spa or your dermatologist. Hope this helps.
Blepharoplasty is an eyelid surgery and does not remove crows feet or other wrinkles, dark circles or lift sagging eyebrows.

Get an adequate amount of sleep, avoid stimulants (caffeine), avoid depressants (alcohol), reduce your stress load, and get more exercise.
