a few thoughts:
1. two days is more than enough time to charge your phone. so, your battery might have died. this is probably the case if your battery's life has been shorter lately.
2. your battery might be improperly installed. maybe you messed with it recently or dropped your phone. if that's the case take it out and put it back in.
3. the electric circuitry might fail to charge your battery. this is unlikely, though.
4. if any of your friends has a razr, or a motorola phone with a compatible battery, ask them to lend you their battery so you can test the charging mechanism or see where the fault lies.
5. for an immediate solution, if nothing else works, you can buy an external battery. this plugs into your cell phone and it takes normal AA batteries. try radio shack, etc. but make sure to buy one with a USB connector so it matches with your phone

At this point it is hard to say if it is the phone, the battery or the charger. Tomorrow you need to take the phone by a store and let them try a different charger and a different battery to see if that makes a difference.

Possible they could also try your battery in a phone that they know is working correctly.

That is the only way to pinpoint the problem. If is one of these problems, replace the battery or the charger.

If it turns out that the problem is the phone itself, you will need another phone. If is less than a year old, use the warranty to replace it.

How long have you had the cell phone? A year or more? It may need a replacement battery.
Is the charger working? Does it indicate that the battery is charging? If not, get a new charger.

It's usually the charger. I had the razr before my current phone and it went through 6 chargers. If you've had it for a while, it might just be the battery. Or maybe it's just time for a new phone?

Yep, it sounds like the battery is probably bad. It's possible that it could be something wrong with the charger, but you said you could talk on it with charger plugged in, so more than likely the battery is just bad.

Take it to the place where you got it. Bad battery.
