I am 18 and me and my fiancee have been trying to have a baby for almost 3 months now and haven't been successful yet. Is there something wrong with me? Does anyone know?

Why don't you wait until after your married to have a child? Why not do it the traditional way???
I was 3 months pregnant at my wedding. Wish I had gotten pregnant after we got married. Now eventually my son will grow up and do the math and figure out that mommy was pregnant at her wedding.
Your young. You have plenty of time to have a baby. Why not wait and get married first. Make your relationship with your fiance strong first. Get that ring on your finger and the papers signed. You may think that it doesn't matter if your married or not but it does matter later on.
There is nothing wrong with you. It takes time to get pregnant. Some people can get pregnant with in a couple of weeks, other people it takes up to 8 months to get pregnant.
Usually it is the easiest to get pregnant if you have sex a week before your period and a week after.

It can take time to become pregnant. By the way are you sure at 18 this is really what you want? Maybe you should just have fun and be a kid yourself before you and your fiancee worry about babies girl!

It takes the average person 6-12 months to conceive. Try using ovulation test strips. It worked wonders for my husband and I.

Try not to stress yourself out about it. It took my husband and I a year before we got pregnant with our second child. When I stopped thinking about it and trying really hard it happened. One thing if you are not already on prenatal vitamins I would go ahead and see about getting some. But just give yourself sometime. Good Luck!!

relax... you may want to wait and get married first, you may be under too much stress and that may be causing you the delay.
when I tried to get pregnant, I could not, when I relaxed, it happened...the universe will give you your child only when you and your fiancee are ready, what is the hurry, good luck

Just be patient, it can take 6 months to a year if you were on Birth control pills. Don't try to try for a while. Just let it happen, the stress doesn't help.

no just give it some more time you have only been trying for three months if you don't conceive after a few more months then you may need to go to your doctors. and if you just want to be safe go to you doctors now.

No its not maybe the problem is your trying to hard stop thinking about it and it will happen.
