You have to buy a voice recognition program and learn to speak clearly and with proper grammar.

Click on the start button
Open All Programs
Open the Accessories Folder
Open the Ease of Access Folder
Launch the Windows Speech Recognition Program

You will need (ideally) a headset microphone (a desktop microphone may work, the headset is better).

There is a program you can buy although im not sure what it is called. a teacher at my school told me about it and it is quite expensive though. you simply talk into a microphone and the computer program types what you say. if you go to youre local computer store im sure they have this or one like it. best of luck to you.

sorry for the sacrasm, but:

hold the microphone in your hand

good for you, the backspace is big, so you can delete stuff you mis keyed.

i think you are looking for speach recognition program
and its not a pretty picture, most of them dont work very well
