Do you have to use an xbox360 wireless adapter to connect to the internet or will a normal one be enough?

I know that you can buy a wireless adapter made specifically for the xbox360 but I was wondering if you could just connect any wireless adapter through the USB port. Thank you!

If you are talking about the part that connects in the back of the 360 you need one that is made specificly for the 360. You cant use just any adapter. The wireless router is a different story and many will work but the adapter itself should be made for Xbox360
