I do not know about Jonesboro and sayings.
BUT
I live in Gainesville, GA and it is against the law to eat fried chicken with a fork, Tom Sullivan from Star94 came here & tried to get arrested in some restraunt for eating fried chicken with a fork. Crazy law huh?

The first amendment protects your freedom of speech. However, if you are doing it in a disorderly fashion or trying to incite, it is against the law. What exactly do you want to say that you are worried about?
