Not really heard of one. I think males would make better strategists purely because of their greater experience as combatants and the fact that males have different cerebral skills to women (this is factual) as in males having better mental spacial imagery, etc.
That is not to imply any inferiority- simply pointing out a difference.
With regard to female soldiers- this has to be pointed out to be a blatant politicisation of the military. Females cannot meet the same physical demands of any male fitness test- therfore they are not equal fighters- soldiering is heavy, hard work.
Females as non-combatants- such as admin, technical medical, etc is fine. But leave the combat up to someone who can run quickly enough carrying 100lb+ of kit.

In the American mindset, women are not good war strategists. This, of course, has been disproved throughout world history. Joan de Arc of France and Queen Boudicca, the warrior queen of England come immediately to mind.

Sure they do and there is nothing that stops a woman from being a military tactician. Hillary has just presented her future plan for Iraq, and it makes very good sense. One of your respondents gave a good link, check it out.

If women can fight at home and win,they can fight elsewhere and win.But the last weapon in home "tears" has to be replaced by nuke.
Second possibilty is a war between sexes(man Vs women.)With woman taking up equal status wvery where and protected ,pregnancy free sex , is available such a war may be possible.
