If it a download firewall like Norton, you could find it either in your tray near your clock, or go to Add/Remove programs in teh Control panel. If you are talking about the Windows Firewall, the have a button just for that in control panel marked Windows Firewall.

If you are running windows xp and using the windows xp firewall go to Start the control panel Then double click Windows firewall.

Some application such as Mcafee and Norton come with in bulit firewalls. Finding these can normally be found through the applications help menu. Please refer to the instruction manual.
