if i use this 2 treat a stain and add some to load, won't it bubble like mad??

You do NOT need to add it to the load.

Simply pre-treat and allow it to sit on the stain. It's not a big deal if the Dawn drys on the surface of the stained item.

Yes, go to the store and buy ERA detergent...pretreat with that and then launder again in the ERA....it should take the stain right out. ERA is the best.

Yes, it'll overflow the washer with suds.

Do your pretreat in a sink and rinse it out thoroughly before you put it in the washer.

yeah if your talking about dawn dish-soap...i use the tide stain remover /pretreater and i add it with my cloths and all was fine if you are talking laundry soap.
