You stay back as far as possible, keeping the centurian targeted and in range with the blaster
It will make a strange sound as it's about to lower it's shield and shoot you
When it lowers it's shield push the analog stick either left or right and push the square button. Jak will roll out of the way and fire. Before it can raise it's shield again shoot it with the blaster and it's all over for him

If you have the blue gun target him; while he's doing the same; then jump and shoot. If you have the yellow gun do the same thing.
