i live by new orleans im all good in 3 weeks after katrina

If another one hits then people need to leave it.

They will keep hitting over and over and people will keep going back. I understand wanting to be at your home and where you've lived forever, but the OTHER people who will just move there after seeing the next 5 years of hurricanes.... **shakes head**

New Orleans might already be doomed forever.

Detroit has still not recovered from the 80's

Who wants to build a new house in an old poor neighborhhod, considering the costs, to build new.

Much of the population has moved out and has been gone so long it would be inconveniant for them to move back.

whatever you want to believe is causing global warming, man or just nature one thing is agreed by every scientist in the world........the world is getting warmer. That means that the oceans are getting bigger....New Orleans will NEVER be safe...Your under sea level
